Topic/Skill: reading comprehension

Feedback provided to the tutee: I had Dojun read more native-level articles. We also went over more common English phrases.

Lesson(s) about tutoring and/or the tutee you learned: I am slowly gaining more confidence in interrupting my tutee when they make a mistake in reading or do not comprehend me when listening. Advanced students need to be corrected when they make even small mistakes lest these mistakes become fossilized in their brains. I am continuing to gain the confidence I need to be an effective tutor.
