Date/Time: Monday May 20th, 2:00-2:50, Dr. Ciappetta  

Topic/Skill: Listening, Group 1 

Teacher Presentation: Dr. Ciappetta led a small discussion about what they went over last class and instructed them on what they needed to do for the class 

Classroom Management: This is a smaller class so there was not much management to do as the listening work was mostly independent

Materials: Laptops, headphones 

Student Participation: Each student was given sentences to listen over and type what they heard and Dr. Ciappetta would later on review with them. 

Feedback Provided: Professor Ciappetta provided guidance with help with any questions and would review their answers in a word document to see which errors they made and what they would need help on

Lesson(s) on the teaching you learned: I learned a lot from Dr. Ciappetta. Her approach is very personable and great. She creates a wonderful learning atmosphere and engages in constant dialogue with her students as to better form connections as well as improve their listening skills. Her feedback and correction was very good as she provided a guiding hand and helped them get to the answer.
