Feedback provided to the tutee: We practiced free conversation since my tutee wanted to practice his speaking skills. I provided a template for speech and asked him several questions as an interview.

Lesson(s) about tutoring and/or the tutee you learned: he wanted to improve English faster, so I realized students should be more patient about learning a language.
