I provided feedback regarding a recent interview Wei had. We talked about common aspects of interviews here as well as some strategies. One such strategy was the follow up email. I suggested that Wei send a follow up email after not hearing back for a week.


I learned a lot about how different job culture can be here in the US for foreigners. This was an enlightening experience for me as I will be going through the same soon.
