Feedback provided to the tutee: Today was the first time I met with Mounir. I got to know him through diagnostic questions. We were able to communicate and share our thoughts with a few vocabulary limitations. Once we got to know each other a bit, I gave him an intermediate grammar test to see his proficiency, he scored 8/12. 


Lesson(s) about tutoring and/or the tutee you learned: This gave me insight on where I should put my teaching efforts.
